    We bring you the Thermo Scientific explosion-proof refrigerator freezer model 3551 that is specially designed to be used in areas where ignitable materials are normally present. The spark free interior and tough white exteriors reduce the risk of explosion. Also, the electrical connections are hardwired to prevent sparking and accidental disconnection. The thermostat and compressor components are isolated within a vapor-proof enclosure. The 120 volt, manual defrost unit can be used in Class I, Division I Group C and D hazardous environments. Meets OSHA and National Fire Protection Association safety requirements.
